Simply Relaxing Breathing

This is short and simple. Lie flat on your back on the floor. Close your eyes. Relax your arms and legs. Rest your hands with your palms up. Make sure your legs are uncrossed. Now breath in slowly to the count of 8.  Hold your breath for 4 counts. Slowly release your breath to the count of 8.  Hold your breath again for 4 counts.
