JUST VISITING YOUR SITE AND WATCHING ALL YOUR YOU TUBE VIDEOS I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH. I ALSO LIKE THAT I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A MASTER LEVEL INSTRUCTOR WHO CAN HELP THOSE MORE ADVANCED AS WELL AS BEGINNERS.

      Bob,

Thanks so much for your kind words! As you know, giving people access to help for their singing voices is my passion, whether they think they are “tone deaf” or are advanced singers.
I honestly believe that the world deserves to know how truly easy it is to develop powerful vocal techniques. Hello Joy! I’ve tried to submit the inquiry but it wouldn’t let be submit it.

I love my voice! But I have a hard time belting high notes in one long breath without having my throat hurt… I know I’m only causing it more damage so I’ve stopped belting all together. I have never been told that I was a bad singer, quite the opposite. In fact when I was little I was in quoire from 6 – 10 and I was chosen to do solo’s on stage in front of many people. However as I grew older my parents instilled in me that a singing carreer will not bring me the financial support that I need in life, so I quit singing for a long time. I am now 27 years old, and since I quit smoking a 1 1/2 years ago I realized how much I’ve missed singing and how much I want to be on top of the world to perform and hopefully one day reach out to someone with my music (I write music as well). This is my dream and I know I’m going to achieve it! So when I came across your blogs I really enjoyed all the positive energy that you give back :) Thank you and I hope you can help me too.

      Irena,

For some crazy tech reason, your comment did not show up inside my blog dashboard and I just today saw it! My apologies.

It’s possible that you when you tried to submit it one of the required fields hadn’t been filled in. It won’t take the survey if even one of the required fields is missing.

      Ah well.

I really appreciate your comments here about yourself. Your transparency truly will help you as you work on your voice.

And, of course, giving up smoking will help too! :)

Your kind words reinforce my determination to help you, so please keep me posted about your progress.

Especially with the Singing Tongue Lesson work!

I totally understand the parent comment influence. Did you read my article about things said to you in your childhood about your voice?

If not, here it is: Singing Mindset

Thanks again and never give up!

I unfortunately would not submit either. It kept telling me to change my answers. Anyway, I am 14 and I have taken private lessons for about 2 years. They have been helpful with my musical theater (I do a lot of that) but I don’t want to do that as a career. I would very much like to be a professional singer when I grow up and it is hard for me to sing correctly and sound the way I want to in regards to pop music. I also have some stage fright when it comes to just singing, not acting and singing. No matter how much I practice, when I get in front of people(especially my own family) I seem to tensenup an forget everything I practiced. I know my family and friends are the most supportive and I should sing to them first, but thats not the case for me.

  4. What a JOY to find your website! I am a Life Coach and recently ordained Interfaith Minister – my Mission is to Inspire, Reclaim and Empower Authenticity in myself and others – I do that by creating a safe place for all to find their potential. I love that you are living your passion and doing what you love – no matter what gets in the way of your process. Part of my love and passion is singing – I sing in a Philanthropic choir and I so want to have the ability to sing a solo in front of a large audience one day. So, 2 aspects here – one: I need your “Mastery” in helping me reach my goal and two: I would like to have you as a referrel for my clients that have a call for your assitance as well. Please let me know when we might be able to communicate and see if this has any interest for you. Keep up the “Joyous” work – I know you are changing a lot of lives living your passion! Sincerely, Rev. Janet Ellis, Arlington, Texas
